Delivery & Returns Policy
Christmas Delivery: We do our best to post all orders within 24 hours of the order being made. We are unable to guarantee Second Class delivery will arrive before Christmas due to the back log that the Royal mail are dealing with but our last post days are as follows:
Last orders for 2nd Class are Thursday 17th December.
Last orders for 1st Class are Sunday 20th December 2021.
If you would like to guarantee delivery please pay Special delivery.
We only send parcels in the UK and currently use Royal Mail.
Standard shipping is £2.95. Free UK delivery is given on all orders that are £25 and over.
Please note our standard shipping and free delivery is sent out second class which will take 2 to 5 working days to arrive after despatch. This is not tracked.
We do offer some other delivery options should you require them. This is regardless of the size or weight of the parcel.
1st Class delivery which will take 1 to 2 days after despatch - £5.50. This is not tracked.
1st Class 'signed for' which will take 1 to 2 days after despatch, if ordered before 3pm - £6.50. This is not tracked.
For Special Delivery Guaranteed - these are trackable and will require a signature:
- if you need a parcel guaranteed by 1pm the next working day (Monday to Friday) order before 3pm - £9.95.
- if you need parcel guaranteed by 1pm on a Saturday, order before 3pm on Friday - £15.00.
Please note some of these options may take slightly longer during the festive period.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from The Crazy Bee. We work hard to offer up the 'best of the best' products with accurate descriptions and high quality images, so hopefully you should always get what you expect. However, if unfortunately this is not the case, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Postage details for return and exchange
To return or exchange your product, you should post your product, with your name, to: The Crazy Bee, Glentop, Legion Lane, Kings Worthy, Hants. SO23 7RA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
